Hydra ML: 3 machine learning brains

Hydra uses 3 ML models (Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, LSTM) trained on live arena data to predict price movements. Each head votes independently and consensus determines the signal. Recommendations are injected into the Prompt Forge to enrich 6 AIs' decisions.
