Strategy based on Smart Money Concepts (ICT). Detects institutional Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, and Liquidity Sweeps to enter positions like major institutions.
The Smart Money Concepts (SMC) strategy is inspired by Inner Circle Trader (ICT) techniques. It identifies institutional intervention zones through 4 key concepts: Order Blocks (last opposing candle before a strong +1.5% move), Fair Value Gaps (price imbalances between candles), Liquidity Sweeps (stop-loss hunts below swing lows), and Break of Structure (market structure breaks). A buy signal requires at least 3 simultaneous confluences, making entries highly selective. Risk management includes a 3% stop loss, 6% take profit, and 2% trailing stop.
Analyzes price movements to identify institutional entry zones (Order Blocks), market imbalances (FVG), and stop-loss hunts (Liquidity Sweeps). A buy signal requires at least 3 simultaneous confluences.
Order Blocks (last opposing candle before strong >1.5% move). Fair Value Gaps (>0.3% gaps between candles). Liquidity Sweeps (price below swing lows). Break of Structure (bullish/bearish structure break).
High
Replicates institutional trader logic. Highly selective entries (3+ confluences). Complete risk management (stop loss, take profit, trailing stop). Combines 4 complementary SMC concepts.
Order Blocks lose validity over time. FVGs are sometimes filled without bounce. Liquidity Sweeps can turn into genuine breakdowns. Less effective in tight ranges without clear structure.
