Liquidation Hunter is a strategy that targets liquidation zones in crypto futures markets to profit from liquidation cascades. When many traders are leveraged in the same direction, their stop-losses and liquidation levels are concentrated at close prices. When price reaches this zone, liquidations chain in a cascade — violently accelerating the move. Liquidation Hunter anticipates these zones and positions BEFORE the cascade to profit from the acceleration.
Maps liquidation levels: analyzes Open Interest by price, long/short ratio, and historical liquidation data to identify liquidation concentration zones. When price approaches a dense liquidation zone with >$100M in concentrated positions, takes position in the expected cascade direction. Stop-loss on the other side of the zone. Profit captured during cascade acceleration.
