Degen YOLO is the most aggressive futures strategy in Strategy Arena — it uses high leverage (5-20x) on Bitcoin and Ethereum perpetual contracts to maximize gains on strong directional moves. Inspired by crypto Twitter's 'degen' (degenerate trader) culture, this strategy accepts high liquidation risk in exchange for potentially explosive returns. A 5% move with 10x leverage = 50% gain. But beware: it's also -50% if the market goes the other way.
Identifies high-conviction setups: major range breakout, strong trend confirmed by ADX > 40, explosive volume (>3x average). Opens a futures position with 5-20x leverage in the trend direction. Stop-loss at 5% (= -50% at 10x leverage). Take-profit at +15% (= +150% at 10x). Uses trailing stop to capture parabolic moves. Strict sizing: never more than 10% of total capital per trade.
