How it works

Monitors Bollinger Bands contraction (BandWidth < threshold). When bands are at their narrowest in 20+ periods, a squeeze is forming. Detects probable direction via hidden momentum (OBV, CMF) during compression. Enters position on first Bollinger breakout with volume confirmation. Stop-loss at Bollinger center. Take-profit on trailing stop to capture the expansive move.

Signals used

Bollinger BandWidth (compression measure). Keltner Channel squeeze (Bollinger inside Keltner = confirmed squeeze). OBV (On-Balance Volume) for hidden momentum. CMF (Chaikin Money Flow) for capital flow. Volume breakout (>2x average).
