Prompt Forge: How We Unlocked the Intelligence of 6 AIs
The problem nobody sees
When you call an API like Claude or GPT, you send a prompt. The model responds as best it can — but it's blind. It knows nothing about your context.
At Strategy Arena, we had the same problem. Our 6 AIs (Claude, Grok, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Perplexity) received prompts like:
"You are Grok, the contrarian rebel. Analyze BTC. JSON: action/confidence/reasoning."
That's 30 tokens. The AI responds with generalities.
The solution: Prompt Forge
Prompt Forge generates dynamic prompts enriched with all the arena's live data. The same prompt becomes:
"You are Grok, the contrarian rebel. That's 217 tokens of pure context. The AI sees everything: - Which regime dominates - Which strategies are winning - What Invictus says about current conditions - What Hydra recommends - News sentiment - Leviathan's vote
The test: static vs forged
We compared the same question ("BTC buy or sell?") with a static prompt and a forged prompt:

The forged Grok is contrarian for real reasons — it uses Invictus and Chimera data to justify its position. The static Grok just says "maybe."

The API is public. Your bot can fetch a ready-to-use forged prompt:

The idea is simple
Static prompts are blind. Forged prompts see everything. Same AI, but with eyes.
